first download vmware go to vmware website  go to the link at the top download the trial dont worry you'll get it for free so download it it will take a while to download and install use thuis serial

this is the solution

To power on 64bit guest operating systems, you must disable VMI:

1. Select the virtual machine in VMware Infrastructure Client.
2. Click Edit Settings > Options > Advanced.
3. Deselect Paravirtualization.                                                                                                           after that it shold work now install after effects CS5 now just go to the adobe website just download it run and install heres the serial
